Protect your files and restrict other users from being able to start, see, change or delete them. File protection activates automatically according to the current user's idenity and the timetable that is defined for it. You can disable Internet access, games and the other entertainment during the working time. For example, from 9:00 AM till 17:00 PM the user "User" can use Microsoft Office only, but after 17:00 PM he can also play his games and see pictures while the user "Admin" has the full access at any time. You can define a timetable and a list of restricted files for each user individually as you like. Need to keep your children off your files and the Internet? You can define time periods for your kids when they are able to use Internet, games or the other programs. Also Access Administrator may protect files from casual or unauthorized removal. The program is reliably protected by the password. You will find the program interface very easy to negotiate. Excellent online help is available.
