ImageElements Filter Utility 1.5

Adjusted lighting, layers, styles and colors are all used to get different looks for different pictures. You can also use just a selected area of a picture. Apply a filter to just a selected area or crop the image so it only displays the custom selected area with the new filter applied. Feather your selections so the edges make a smooth transition.
